The Rocky Lane properties will be constructed to the highest standards by expert trades people utilising the best in timber structural engineering. They are finished externally with red cedar siding and utilise Rationel High Performance windows. All homes to include as standard; zoned underfloor heating to entry level with radiators to upperfloor, broadband connectivity, hardwood engineered flooring to entry level and carpet to upper level with fully tiled bathrooms throughout, kitchens to be supplied with "A" rated appliances, ceramic sanitary ware and tiling with optional wood burning stove to living room.
Each home at Rocky Lane can be specified to meet your precise individual style and needs, these full range of options would typically but not exclusively include kitchens, bathrooms and floor finishes.
We offer a complete interior design package where we will work with you to create an environment which is tailored to your specific requirements.
